Every made-to-order piece is created especially for you after your order is confirmed. Because each item is produced individually, we kindly ask that you review your selection, size, and any specifications carefully before completing your purchase.
Full payment is required to confirm your order. Production begins only once your payment has been received in full.
Your piece will be made within two (2) weeks (14 days) from the date your payment is received. Should anything affect this timeline, we will be in touch with you directly to keep you informed.
Once your piece is ready, it will be shipped to the address you provide. Shipping costs are not included in the item price and are paid separately by you, the customer. Please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.
As each item is made specifically to order, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once payment has been made. We appreciate your understanding — this policy allows us to dedicate our full craftsmanship to your one-of-a-kind piece.
Our garments are made with great care and attention to detail. As they are individually crafted, slight variations in finish or detail may occur and are a natural part of a handmade piece, not a defect.
